Maria resides in San Marcos, California with her husband, daughter, son and baby daughter. Maria is the business owner of Graphics by Maria, which was established in 2008. She has worked as a graphic designer and photographer for various San Diego companies, and a school photography company for many years. She has served as the professional music band photographer for San Marcos Middle School.
Maria loves working with clients to meet their design and photography need for various projects. She establishes personal connection with her clients, and always put her best effort in her work.
She loves going out and creating nature photography. As an artist, she finds inspiration with the daily things she comes across by to use in her design or own artwork. This was something that she has always done at a very young age.
Maria earned her BA degree in Visual and Performing Arts (emphasis in Arts and Technology) from Cal State San Marcos in 2008
She earned her Master of Arts degree in Expressive Arts Coaching and Consulting with a concentration in Education from the European Graduate School in Saas Fee, Switzerland. She has also studied Expressive Arts and Eco-Therapy from Sky Mountain Institute.
Through her own self-healing and transformation with the help of creating various forms of art, her experience, work, and studies in Expressive Arts Therapy further enables her in bridging the arts in helping other people, companies, and communities through their own healing, visions/goals, and transformations.
Maria is an Expressive Arts facilitator working in groups, schools, and communities as well.
